We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary for remote locations.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
